As Managing Director for DCT Industrial Trust since 2012, Neil P. Doyle is responsible for operating and growing DCT’s business in the Central United States. Working with the DCT team of experienced real estate professionals, he will be focused on deploying capital into attractive acquisition and development opportunities as well as leasing and managing the Company’s portfolio in the Central Region.
Mr. Doyle brings more than 18 years of real estate experience to DCT Industrial. Before joining DCT, Neil served as Executive Vice President of Infrastructure and Transportation at CenterPoint Properties Trust. During his time in this position, Neil was responsible for the sourcing and execution of logistics-based industrial parks at key intermodal and port markets throughout the U.S.
Prior to this role, Neil served as Senior Vice-President of Development at CenterPoint, where he oversaw numerous development projects including several large-scale brownfield industrial redevelopments as well as the 6,000 acre Joliet Intermodal Center.
Previous to CenterPoint, Neil was employed at the Walsh Group, one of the nation’s largest general contractors, where he served in project management roles within both the building and heavy/highway divisions.
He has been actively with the Intermodal Association of North America, the Retail Industry Leaders Association, the America Association of Port Authorities, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and is a current member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
