Marilyn Alexander has over 30 years experience in a range of industries including real estate, hospitality, and management consulting and has served in executive roles in Finance, Brand Management, Marketing, and Revenue Management. Ms. Alexander consults to senior executives on all aspects of corporate and operational strategy. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Tutor Perini Corporation, a leading civil and building construction company offering diversified general contracting and design/build services to private clients and public agencies in the U. S. and abroad; the company is headquartered in Sylmar, CA. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Equity Office Properties (EOP) in Chicago, IL, and served on its Audit and Nominating/Governance Committees. She also was a trustee of three PIMCO funds and a director at New Century Financial Corporation. Earlier, Ms. Alexander was SVP and CFO of The Disneyland Resort in California. She also served as Vice President of Destination Marketing and Brand Management at The Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, following her role there as Vice President of Resort Finance. Before joining Disney, Ms. Alexander was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Marriott Corporation where she directed major financial processes for the company. She previously served as a Managing Consultant with Towers Perrin. Ms. Alexander graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. She earned an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
